Refunds are not issued except in the case of class cancellation by the Education Department due to low enrollment (minimum enrollment is three students per class for a core language class and three students per class for a specialized or conversation class). If a class closes due to low enrollment, our administrator will contact you two days prior to the first course to offer several options. No course changes will be permitted after the first full week of classes.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writting by email to the Education Department up to two days before classes begin to receive a refund. A $15 administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations. Please note that refunds may be delayed during the pandemic. A tuition credit may be issued for a maximum of 75% of tuition paid minus elapsed classes. Membership, registration fees, and materials are are nonrefundable. No credits, discounts or refunds for missed classes.
