This eight week program with Bridget Dunn is designed to help you discover Pilates or rediscover the method if you have been away from it. Each week you will be building on the lessons from the previous class so you will learn more about what you can do and what Pilates can do for you. You will feel supported, grounded, and more alive because you will be able to create a strong foundation from which you can move freely. Each class is 45 minutes. No class May 25.
