Best Location at Home: An open area (nothing to knock off the walls or tables/chairs to hit), hard floored area is best.
What to Have or Bring: Wear your sneakers or closed toed shoes, Yoga mat or a towel/pillow for a hard floor.

As a reminder to participants, parents & guardians; participants will be on a live video conference that may be recorded. Please read through the following guidelines to assist in maintaining a safe experience for everyone.You should NOT need to set up a Zoom account or input any information EXCEPT for the participant’s first name and last initial. Everything within the camera viewing area will be visible to the instructor and other participants. Sounds and voices can be captured by your device’s microphone and heard by others in the Zoom session.The instructor may mute participants for portions of the session and may un-mute participants during discussions or to hear questions. Please ensure all household members are aware of the class times and the camera viewing area.
