Chair Yoga Dance is a fun, interactive program where participants, using both seated and standing, will do yoga movements to a beat. The benefits of Chair Yoga Dance are: Increasing heart rate, blood circulation and lung capacity while improving balance, coordination, focus, and building strength. This class keeps us moving, moving, moving for wellness in mind, body and spirit.
These classes are suitable for the beginner and enjoyable for most yoga students led by instructor Renate Bodden, Naturopath, E-RYT, C_IAYT.
