Class will walk you through how to meditate, and complete meditation exercises and basic yoga poses. Meditation practice is something you will be able to do every day and can help you approach life differently. Learning meditation at any age can help you to focus on what is important for your life.
The instructor, Mike Rosenkrantz, has been meditating for 10+ years and has lived in both India and Nepal.
Class takes place on Zoom, details to join the program are provided on your receipt.
What to Have/Bring: If you have the following equipment at home please bring it to the class: a comfortable place to sit (chair, couch, bed), extra cushions/pillows if needed, Water, Comfy clothing

The instructor may mute participants for portions of the session and may un-mute participants during discussions or to hear questions.Please ensure all household members are aware of the class times and the camera viewing area.
