About this event
This course offers instruction on the basics in jewelry design and fabrication. Learn silver piercing (cutting), shaping, soldering, texturing, finishing and stone setting. Projects range from rings, bracelets, pendants, earrings, necklaces and brooches. Students can design their own projects or work with the instructor on an assigned project. Materials will be discussed in the first class; copper/brass metals are provided by the studio. Smaller class size makes social distancing in the studio easier and all students are required to wear a mask.
