Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 3 - 5. NEW for Fall 2026! Stephanie will be offering Pilates Matwork on two different days each week! You can register for a Tuesday or a Thursday class or you can register for the Combo Class and get two classes per week. Are you looking for a mind-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body? Improve your muscular endurance and flexibility with an emphasis on core body mat work. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Stephanie Riegle, over 25 years experience. 11 classes. No class 11/26. (12/10 Reserved for makeup).
