Grade 10 - Adult. Level 1-3. Bring out your inner Olympian while strengthening your mind and body! Get a great workout that will strengthen your core, upper, and lower body while improving your balance and reaction time. No experience is required and all equipment is provided. Fencing is a great sport for all ages and fitness levels and has been shown to improve critical thinking skills while burning calories. We will have a foil in your hand the first day of class as you learn the basics of the sport! Dress in sports clothing including sneakers and sports pants. Instructor: Ann Arbor Sport Fencing Staff. 7 classes. No class 10/9. (11/13 Reserved for makeup).
