Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. Get a full body workout! Challenge your speed, agility, and strength with High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit). Modifications are offered so all levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Donna Kujat, CPT, over 25 years experience. 10 classes. No class 10/13, 11/3, and 11/24. (12/8 Reserved for makeup).
Due to the instructor being stuck at the airport in Nebraska because of storms, the October 13th class is cancelled. Makeup is December 8th.
