About this event
---Instructor: Ashley Hammond---It’s time for an adventure and there is a great big world to explore! Students will use their bodies, voices, and imaginations to create fun characters while bringing a story to life onstage! They will also experience the hard work and dedication it takes to put up a stage production and discover how a play is put together. They will learn self-discipline, self-expression, how to work as an ensemble, and will gain awareness of themselves and others. Students will then use these new skills in a short play for family and friends to be presented on the main stage in the Spring Showcase, March 26th. Evening rehearsals will take place March 21-25. COVID-19 safety precautions will be adhered to, including the wearing of masks and social distancing. Showcase audience members must pre-register and be fully vaccinated.
