For Ages 18 & Up. Ages 12 and up are welcome as long as accompanied by a parent or guardian also enrolled in the course. This 10 week training program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. This program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. We will provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
Meet at Springbrook Park Pavilion area. Class will be held rain or shine unless you hear from the instructor by email. Dress for weather. Children ages 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bring a water bottle. As always, please consult with your physician before starting any exercise program. No class October 5
