Run and walk with us to train for a half or full marathon. We meet every Saturday morning to run varying distances, building endurance without injury. Train and learn from the seasoned runners in your group. You can also help other runners by showing support and running with them to help everyone cross their finish line.

You'll get an e-mail every week with updates on where we will be meeting, where to park, what time and distance we will be covering. Be sure to check for those e-mails. Facebook is also updated weekly with that info.
