Instructor: Jacob Norton is a certified personal trainer that teaches a strength class geared toward improving overall body function. There will be a class for individuals that have full mobility to sit and stand and also a class for those with some limitations that would need to do most activities seated. Description: Strength Gold is a total body strength class that is geared toward improving the body’s ability to perform daily activities. We need our muscles to be strong, to walk, carry groceries, play with grandchildren and to live our lives to the fullest.
