Through movement and specific exercise, you will build stronger and healthier muscles, which will improve and enhance your balance and daily living. 2021 Senior Membership is required for this activity. Instructor: Lois Jackson * Location: Your Home
Equipment: Chair, stretch bands, weights (Only if you have them)
