In support of First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move! initiative to end childhood obesity within a generation, iHoops is proud to partner with the President's Challenge Program to support the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award Challenge (PALA) and its goal to get 1 million (or more!) Americans to sign up for and achieve the PALA. Participate in any number of fun and healthy iHoops activities below to earn your very own PALA! The goal is simple: just be active 60 minutes a day, at least five days a week, for six out of eight weeks. Adults should participate in 30 minutes of physical activity.
