Have you ever heard a bell choir and thought you would like to try it? This course will provide instruction on how to play Handbells, including basic and special techniques, as well as ringing together as a group. Music reading skills are very helpful, but masic music reading exercises for beginners (or those who need review) will also be provided. Students aged 16 and older enrolled in high school music classes are eligible to enroll in this class. Students taking or having taken Music Theory are especially encouraged to try this class! PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE YOUNGSTOWN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, MUSIC REHEARSAL ROOM. A $16 supply fee will be due to the instructor the first day of class for the cost of the instruction book.
