Join us for indoor walking at York Middle School and enjoy a safe, comfortable place to walk during the colder months and rainy days. Walk at your own pace through designated school hallways, or add the stairs for an extra challenge—it’s completely up to you. Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness routine, increase daily movement, or simply enjoy a healthy activity with others, indoor walking is an easy and welcoming way to stay active. Open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM. All fitness levels are welcome. Come get your steps in, stay healthy, and keep moving year-round!
