About this event
Designed especially for support staff working with adults, children, or seniors—but open to all—this hands-on class teaches quick, nutritious, and comforting American-style meals.This class will introduce delicious lunch and dinner meals by using affordable rotisserie chicken already cooked and ready to go. Fun, easy, and chef friendly meals. This is a hands-on class where participants will have the opportunity to work the recipes. Whether you're cooking for others or yourself, you'll walk away with confidence, helpful techniques, and tasty recipes to sample and share. About The Instructor: Jeffrey has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences. Granite Bay Care is offering this course with Jeffrey Carpenter, the Workforce Development and Training coordinator as the instructor.
