Instructor Candy Julian has certified in this one of a kind fitness format out of Canada. Defining Essentrics is simultaneous strengthening and stretching. This program trains the muscles to be equally as strong as they are flexible. In Essentrics the muscles are being lengthened while they are being strengthened. The program is aimed at rebalancing all muscles and joints.
Bring a mat, towel and bottle of water.
