Larger Wheel Thrown Vessels (Tuesday PM) (7 sessions) Adult | Intermediate Instructor: Stacey Besst Tuesdays, July 21 – September 1 6:00pm – 9:00pm Join us for a 7-week pottery wheel class for making larger ceramic vessels. The class will focus on techniques for working with larger amounts of clay, “pulling” taller walls, make sectional pottery through stacking. We will focus on making various taller shapes such as pitchers, bottles, and moon jars. Students should feel comfortable with the basics of wheel throwing. Your first bag of clay, studio glazes, tools, and 20 hours of studio time outside of class are included in the class fee. Please note Saturday open studio hours will be included this term.
