Wooster is one of the original Tree City communities in Ohio celebrating its 50th year in 2026. We would like to invite you to be a part of the celebration!
Join us on April 22nd from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Shisler Conference Center: 1680 Madison Ave.
Registration includes breakfast, coffee and catered lunch. Each registrant will also receive a gift bag!
The City of Wooster’s Urban Forestry Commission is hosting the Tree City Awards program for communities in 13 Northern Ohio Counties. This program is part of the National Arbor Day Foundation, recognizing communities and campuses that have achieved this status by completing the requirements as a Tree City or a Tree Campus.
The program will be a cooperative effort of The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and the City of Wooster.
