3 on 3 Basketball Tournament

REGISTER AS A TEAM-- UP TO 5 PLAYERS (At least 1 Girl must be on the court at all times).
Join this fun tournament for a friendly & competitive tournament! The tournament will take place on June 6th (Make-Up date is June 13th). Each team will play a minimum of 2 games in group play, with a 6-team single elimination tournament following group-play.
For your team to qualify for the resident rate, 80% of your team must either live inside city of Wooster limits, work inside the city limits, pay city of Wooster taxes, or own property in Wooster city limits.
Please have your team name and your roster prepared to enter at the time of registration. While we don’t require team t-shirts, we do encourage teams to wear team t-shirts or the same color shirt.

Registration is by team only. All Team Members must have a valid waiver on file with the Wooster Recreation Department.
Please note that if you have not completed and turned in a participation waiver for yourself within the last year, you will need to do so before the program starts.
Participation waivers can be accessed by opening the following link in a new window www.woosteroh.com/recreation and scrolling down to the participation waivers section to fill out and submit the waiver online.
The form is valid for one year from the date it is signed and can be used for multiple programs offered through the Wooster Recreation and Community Center.
