Bathe yourself in relaxation during the busy holiday season! Join us to welcome in the transition of the winter solstice with a soothing, gentle yoga practice and sound bath healing. All yoga levels are welcome. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided or feel free to bring your own. Registration is required. Open to Y members and community members.
