Come out and LEARN to cook & LOVE your veggies! We will cook together and eat what we make. I have had a request to pay special attention to making sure we get a good amount of protein AND fiber, which is easier that you think when eating plants. Plants are our only source of fiber and there are plenty of natural plant proteins! We are going to take a basic recipe and show you how to amp it up, so get ready for a delicious lettuce wrap (with option for tortilla) and a special fiber and protein packed dessert! We need a minimum of 3 participants, but there are 8 spots available! So secure your spot ASAP, then share with a friend! This class is open to anyone ages 16and up. All interested MUST register by 7/10/26. We provide everything EXCEPT drinks and to-go containers for any possible leftovers. PLEASE, bring a reusable to-go container and your own drink. Thanks!
