Indoor cycling simulates varied terrain rolling hills, sprints, jumps and Tabata for a great interval workout. You are in intensity as you control the resistance level (gears) on the bike, making it the right workout for you. Bring water and your enthusiasm to enjoy a fun and varied playlist.
