Get ready to move, sweat, and have a blast! Our Cardio Pickleball class combines the fast-paced fun of pickleball with high-energy cardio drills designed to boost endurance, agility, and overall fitness. Unlike traditional pickleball clinics, Cardio Pickleball focuses less on scoring and more on movement, heart rate elevation, and calorie burn. Expect a full-body workout that helps coordination, reaction time, and stamina while still enjoying the social, game-based atmosphere you love! Registration deadline is May 12 (Session 1), June 16 (Session 2) and July 21 (Session 3).
