These workouts are specifically being offered to members of the 2011 G Soccer team in order to prepare them for the USYS Eastern Regional Championships. These 2 weeks will include 9 days of 1.5 hour sessions with Erik Welch, certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Coach Welch will focus on loaded exercises to improve joint mobility and functional strength; he will also focus on plyometric, speed, agility, and change of direction workouts to improve speed, agility, and conditioning on the playing field. The purpose of these workouts will be to teach proper form, reduce the risk of injury, and improve performance. The cost of the clinic is $225. Registration will close on May 17th.
