About this event
Description
Yoga helps with physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can improve your posture and reduce stress. This class will tone your muscles and increase your energy. Previous yoga skills needed.
Yoga mats and pillows will not be provided; please bring your own yoga mat. Please bring your own water bottle.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle.Walking to class barefoot is not considered appropriate footwear. Be sure to wear indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip-flops, sandals, and winter boots are not suitable footwear for gym use.
Park along the school wall. If that area is full, additional parking is available at 1410 Rothesay, River East Arena, by the pickleball courts. Please note, there is no parking in the teachers' parking lot from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
