About this event
Description
This class will teach you the basic defense against an attack. You will learn how to, strike to weak points of the body, defended against strikes and kicks, get free from grabs and chokes, and get away from an attacker.
Location has been changed to Highbury School instead of École St. Germain. Program time has been changed to 7:00pm-8:00pm.
