This self-defense course will help prepare you mentally and physically by providing tips to help keep you safe, strengthen your awareness, and help give you protection from harm. As well as preparing you mentally, the course will provide you with effective, practical self defense techniques from a variety of Martial Arts styles. This course is suitable for all abilities, ages, and older youth with no previous experience required.

No class October 13, 2025.

Please wear comfortable clothing and runners.

Please bring your own water bottle.
