This class teaches children the basics of martial arts. They learn hand and kicking techniques in a fun program. It helps them build confidence, self-esteem, and focus. Supervised physical contact is part of the program for demonstration and skill building. Master Paul Villamor teaches the session. He is a 7th degree black belt and three-time world champion.

No Class on October 31, 2025

Please note: supervised physical contact for the purposes of demonstration and skill building will occur in this program. Parents/Guardians are welcomed to remain in the class during the program. Purchase of T-Shirt & belt from instructor is optional.
