Description

This 4-hour course/exam will review/examine the NL Pool certification. Participants must give the examiner the prerequisites before the course starts. Prerequisites are NL Pool. All participants must bring an Alert manual.Completion Criteria:

• Attend and participate in 100 % of the course.
• Successfully demonstrate competency in required skills, activities and final evaluation.

Pre-Course Requirements: (participants must provide qualification first day of class)

Program includes classroom and water activities - 100 % attendance and participation are required.

National Lifeguard awards are mailed to successful candidates by the Lifesaving Society.

Participants must provide proof of prerequisites to the Examiner prior to commencement of exam:

• National Lifeguard Pool Award

The following items are required in order to participate in this course:

• 1 CPR pocket mask with a 1-way valve
• 1 whistle (recommended Fox 40)

These items may be purchased at this facility or acquired independently.

The program includes classroom and water activities 100% attendance and participation are required.
