Description
In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make Aaloo Gobhi, a classic vegetarian dish featuring cauliflower and potatoes cooked with spices like cumin and coriander. You'll also prepare Daal Tadka, a flavorful lentil dish enhanced with fresh herbs and traditional Indian seasonings. To complete the meal, you'll learn how to make Roti.
