Description
Do short bursts of high intensity interval training. Mix in some strength training. This energetic workout helps you burn more calories and shape your body.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle.
Walking to class barefoot is not appropriate footwear. Please ensure you are wearing indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip flops, sandals and winter boots are not proper footwear for gym use.
