About this event
Description
A full body workout that targets all the major muscle groups for 40 plus! This circuit training class will include a series of cardio and strength exercises to keep your heart rate elevated. Improve strength, balance and cardio with modifications offered for all fitness levels. All done to timed intervals to keep you on your toes.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle. Walking to class barefoot is not appropriate footwear. Please ensure you are wearing indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip flops, sandals and winter boots are not proper footwear for gym use.
