Description
Target abs, buttocks, thighs and strengthen lower back; warm-up and cool-down. No cardio.
No previous experience is required. Please bring your own water bottle.
Drop-in participants are welcome with a valid Active Living Pass.
Classes may be cancelled if there is not enough participant registration.
