Come join Bogusha, owner of Bogusha’s Polish Restaurant & Deli, and former Culinary Arts Instructor, Ann Zdanowicz Nash for a lively and fun night of creating several Polish dishes. Potential specialties include cabbage soup, schnitzel, cucumber salad with dill and sour cream and mashed potatoes with garlic. Lots of fun and full bellies... what could be better?
