Over 6 weeks, students will: Measure their real attention span, then extend it deliberately using timed focus blocks, build a distraction-proof work setup they design themselves and will actually maintain, learn why starting is the hardest part, and use task-chunking to get past it, practice emotional regulation tools for the frustration that shows up mid-task and ends the session, track their own focus data weekly and see it move.
