Rockwood is proud to start offering a weekend yoga practice! This Vinyasa Flow will challenge you to advance your practice through skill building specifically tailored to your body’s needs and abilities. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Difficulty level: 2-3 of 4. Ages 14-Adults. Use “ArtReach2026” coupon code at check out to unlock membership discount – must provide proof of membership at beginning of tour. (8 max).

Outdoors, weather permitting (through September). If inclement weather, classes will be held at Brandywine Town Center, 3300 Brandywine Pkwy, Wilmington, DE 19803. Participants will be notified via email to confirm the move to Brandywine Town Center (through September, in the event of rain).
Beginning October, practice will be held at the Brandywine Town Center.
