What could be better than a flow yoga practice followed by a glass of wine? Rockwood's happy-hour yoga pairs your favorite pastimes into the beginning of a terrific weekend. Let go of the work-week stress with this double layer of mindfulness and relaxation. Please bring a mat and/or a towel, water, and blocks if you use them. Ages 21+.
