During the winter season, Rockwood's Flow Yoga with instructor Mayann Quinn will take place inside the museum. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water and blocks if you use them. Ages 16+. Use "Art-Reach2025" coupon code at check out to unlock membership discount - must provide proof of membership at beginning of program. Max attendance = 6.
