Rockwood is offering a weekday evening yoga meditation practice that emphasizes conscious breathing techniques and gentle movement, with instructor, Mia Muratori. For the month of March, yoga will take place inside the museum. Find space in your day for a healthy presence of mind. Program is offered every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Please bring a mat, towel, water and blocks if you use them. Ages 16+. Use "Art-Reach2022" coupon code at check out to unlock membership discount - must provide proof of membership at beginning of practice. Max attendance = 6.
