Tuesday morning Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will head back outdoors in April. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Difficulty level: 1-2 of 4. Ages 14-Adults. Use "Art-Reach2023" coupon code at check out to unlock membership discount - must provide proof of membership at beginning tour. (12 max - outdoors).
