Description

Did you know that you can grow rice and that it was grown onsite at Beech Bluff County Park by previous generations? Come learn how to do so and also learn about how to grow NC Native Carnivorous plants as well as NC Native bog plants. As part of this class, we will be planting two bogs in the Demonstration Garden, one with rice and the other with native bog and carnivorous plants. Much of this will be a hands-on activity, so please be prepared.
