Ages 15 and upIn addition to teaching self-defense skills, karate develops flexibility, muscle tone, and core strength. Continuing students will need to purchase additional protective gear. Uniforms and belt testing are optional and available through the instructor for a fee. No class 7/9 or 7/12. Min/Max: 8/25.

Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met. Registration for continuers through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but the full class fee is required.
