Description
Beginning to Intermediate Yoga for a full body workout. Instructions are in Vietnamese, but we welcome all. The benefits for the body include flexible, mobility, strength/endurance, and release muscle tensions. Benefits for mind include focus, balance, and awareness of your body and emotions. PLEASE BRING: a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, 2- 2lbs dumbbells. *No class 7/4.
