About this event
Join us for an exciting journey into the world of breakdancing with Thaiyo Seo, a world-renowned b-boy from South Korea and the coach of Phil 'Wizard' the Canadian Gold Medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics! This fun and engaging intro to breakdancing camp is the perfect way for young dancers to step into the world of breaking with expert guidance from one of the best in the industry. In this beginner-friendly program, campers will learn essential breaking moves like top rock, CC spin, footwork, and power moves in a fun, supportive environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and self-expression. Not only will they get to express themselves through dance, but they'll also experience a wide range of health benefits. Breakdancing improves physical fitness, agility, and coordination, while building confidence and discipline. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to enhance musicality and rhythm, all while staying active! Whether your child has some experience or is trying breakdancing for the first time, this program offers a safe, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere to learn and grow. This is a half-day program.
