Join us and 'unplug' at this half-day retreat designed exactly for a chill vibe. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your agility and sports recovery, or you just want a morning to hang out, stretch, and reset, this camp is your ultimate mind and body upgrade. Throughout the session, you'll jump into an upbeat, music-driven yoga flow focused on building core strength and trying out fun, challenging poses like arm balances—absolutely no prior experience needed! When it's time to refuel, you can kick back with old friends and new ones alike at our interactive snack station, where you'll learn to make your own delicious, energy-boosting snacks like custom smoothie bowls and no-bake power balls, all in a totally judgment-free zone. We’ll also dive into a creative DIY workshop where you'll build your own custom stress-relief kit to take home. Finally, we'll teach you some quick, real-world mental toughness tricks to crush stressful moments before wrapping up the day with a deep, cozy relaxation session. Bring your friends, wear your most comfortable clothes, and leave feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to tackle whatever comes next! This is a half-day program.
