Poolates is a specialized water fitness class with exercises adapted to an aquatic environment. With a dedicated focus on muscular balance, Pilates for the Pool (aka Poolates) is a new take on traditional techniques designed to increase strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
This is a reservation for Water X Platinum class at the WeHo ARC. This reservation is free and it holds a space for the water fitness class. You will have to pay the program fee when entering the facility. Participants are permitted to reserve one reservation per class. Reservations are for an hour this includes participants preparation time for entering into the water. Reservations will be cancelled if a participant(s) are more than 10 minutes late for their reserved class time. If you are unable to attend the class your reservation will be cancelled by Aquatics staff; there is no need to contact us with a cancellation request.
