Please join us for a special Yoga Workshop where participants will be guided through gentle movement to prepare for rest. With the use of bolsters and other props, students are encouraged to build a nest for themselves to get cozy. The instructor will use instruments, such as singing bowls and a tuning fork, to immerse participants in a beautiful sound bath.
